All prices displayed are ex-factory, Hubballi, excluding transportation and GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final price is confirmed through the quotation process.
Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a purchase order. Orders are confirmed only through a formal purchase order and advance payment as per agreed terms.
Viraj Global Machinery provides 1-year warranty on motors and 5-year warranty on gear boxes for all eligible products from the date of dispatch. Warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, or wear-and-tear damage.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on production schedule and logistics. Transport charges are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Standard payment terms are agreed at the time of order confirmation. We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS). GST invoice is provided for all transactions.
Orders once confirmed and production started cannot be cancelled without written approval. Return requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Custom machines are non-returnable.
Viraj Global Machinery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
These terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hubballi, Karnataka.
